120. A Tree for All Seasons by Fred Klingelhofer

Fred Klingelhofer’s formal education is for the most part technical and scientific. He received a Bachelors of Science degree in Physics from Roosevelt University in 1977. Art has always been active peripherally in his life. He completed his first commission in 2004 and from then on began devoting all of his time to sculpture.

His work varies in its degree of abstraction and realism but always includes the effect of a living entity, that is, the pieces are first and foremost sculptures. ; any 'meaning' conveyed by his pieces rely on the life history of the viewer.
