Godzilla, by Dale Lewis, was the winner of the 2015 People’s Choice Award. The monster stands at 10 feet tall with a tail about 9’ long. Dale resides in the small town of Vermillion, MN just south of the Twin Cities. Dale says, “I try to make each piece entertaining! One recurring comment I hear from people is that my art makes them smile. That’s what makes it fun!" This sculpture quickly became a fun fixture in North Mankato, where “Kato-zilla” is often dressed up for holidays and special occasions.
